You agree to use Flux2.one only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to spam or harass others
- Attempt to bypass safety filters or extract AI models
3. User Content
You retain rights to the images you generate for personal use. By using our service, you grant Flux2.one a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the AI image generation service.
4. Intellectual Property
AI-generated content created through Flux2.one is for your personal use. Commercial use may require additional licensing or a Business plan.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - please contact support@flux2.one.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flux2.one is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
